Yes, you can pay directly on our website with your Paypal account or your Apple Pay information.
Yes. We offer payment in 3x or payment 30 days after your order. To do this, you will need to select the KLARNA payment method when finalizing your order. This payment method is free of charge.
Yes, you have the option of paying with Apple Pay or ShopPay.
Once your order has been placed, you are debited at the time of purchase, generally 24-48 hours after placing your order.
Yes, we now offer the purchase of gift cards on the site or at the Studio. We offer different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase. The Léo et Violette gift card is valid on the site and in stores in Paris.
The gift card can be used on the site or in store. You have received by email the confirmation of your order with access to a discount code and a QR code.
Two possibilities :
- You wish to place an order on the site: create your basket and at the time of payment, enter the title of the code in the 'Gift card or promo code' section. The amount available on the card will be automatically deducted from the total.
- You wish to use the gift card in store: when you visit the Studio in Paris, present the QR code received by email at checkout. You will then have, depending on the price differential, a credit on your gift card or a balance to be paid in addition.
If you purchased a product for less than your gift card balance, the remaining balance will automatically be credited back to your gift card. You still have 6 months after the date of purchase of the gift card to use this balance on the site or in store.
If the product is in stock: weekdays: 24 to 48 hours. During the weekend: the following Monday. If the product is not immediately in stock you will find a specific delivery date under the 'add to basket' button as well as in your basket.
Regarding delivery times, they are 1 to 2 working days in France and Europe and 2 to 4 working days in the rest of the world.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
In France we use Chronopost Chrono Relais or Chronopost Home delivery. Outside of France we exclusively use DHL express or UPS express for a fast and secured delivery.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery is free for all orders in France from 300 euros of purchases.
Below 300 euros delivery starts at 5 euros.
Delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase (under the add to cart button) and also in the order summary email. All orders placed before 12:30 p.m. are dispatched the same day. For others they will be shipped the next working day. Ex: I order a product in Europe on Tuesday at 4 p.m., it will be shipped on Wednesday with delivery 1 to 2 working days (thus Thursday or Friday)
For the rest of the world, delivery times are 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
All shipments are made with DHL express and have a tracking link allowing you to follow your package throughout the delivery.
Yes it is possible. You have a drop-down menu allowing you to select the currency of your choice.
Yes, the prices displayed on the website include taxes and customs fees for the following countries:

USA & Canada
For all other countries in the world, taxes and customs are not included in the prices displayed on the site and will be paid by the customer upon delivery of the product.
Yes, you can be delivered to a relay point by selecting DHL or Chronopost delivery. For this, once your order has been validated, you will be contacted by DHL/Chronopost who will offer you different delivery methods. You can then choose the relay point of your choice, benefiting from the speed and quality of shipping from DHL/Chronopost.
We do not offer the click & collect option; it is therefore not possible to have it delivered to our store. It is nevertheless possible to come and exchange/return your internet order directly in our Parisian store.
Please note that pre-order products are not subject to the following options: delivery to a relay point by Chrono Relais.
Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product.
In France : exchanges/returns are free.
Outside France : exchanges/returns are also possible. They are the customer's responsibility.

The products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps or straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.
For French customers: a free return slip will be sent to you by e-mail.
For customers outside France: we will give you all the details to be able to return your product. You can return the order with the carrier of your choice. The return will be at your expense.
Products details and care advices
All our products are made either in Italy (bags and trainers) or in Ubrique in Spain (small leather goods). We work with workshops specializing in luxury leather goods with over 40 years of expertise.
All Léo et Violette products have a one-year warranty during which we cover repairs related to a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of our products, wear and aging of natural materials (leather, brass, cotton, etc.)
Beyond this year, a contribution of 20 to 80€ will be asked of you to pay for a repair. Repairs requiring a return to the workshop in Italy take an average of 6 to 8 weeks.
If you wish to send your bag for repair, we invite you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the desired repair and, if possible, attaching photographs. We will then tell you if a repair is possible, and at what cost.

We use different types of leather (smooth, grained, caviar, suede...). All our skins come from different Italian/Spanish/French tanneries. Our leathers are either treated with a mineral tanning or with a vegetable tanning for a better respect of the environment as well as an optimal quality. Yes, only on items from the 'small leather goods' collection. All personalized products cannot be exchanged/refunded.
No. We have no Léo et Violette's reseller. Our products are exclusively available on the internet or at Studio Léo et Violette, 12 rue Sainte Anne in Paris.

Yes, it is possible. Exchanges and refunds are possible at the Studio as long as the product has not been worn/damaged within 15 days of purchase.
No it is not an obligation. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, this will allow you to find your history more quickly, edit your addresses and track your package online. You will also be notified when new products and exceptional events are released.
On average, we send out one newsletter per week. You have the possibility to unsubscribe at any time, with one click. These newsletters are sent to introduce new products and announce important events.
