We manufacture our products with the greatest care so their quality lasts over time. Here are a few advices adapted to each type of leather to keep your bag as long as possible.
Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes or cosmetics.
Be careful not to scratch it on contact with abrasive surfaces or your fingernails, for example.
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or intense light sources.
Store it in its protective dust bag, never lock it in a plastic bag

Embossed leather
Use a soft, clean cloth to dust your leather. Embossed leather is tough leather, so it won't scratch easily. If this is the case, get colorless wax or a special leather milk that you will find at your shoemaker.
Place a hazelnut on a clean textile and massage the leather with small circular movements. Let dry 2h to 8h. Protect your bag from any prolonged exposure to light, intense heat or humidity and when you are not wearing it, store it in its dustbag.
Our leathers have all been pre-treated so there is no need to waterproof it directly after your purchase, wait 3 months of regular use to begin a waterproofing process. -
Smooth leather
Our full-grain calf leather products with a liégé effect are made with high quality Italian leathers. This is "full grain" leather.
whose original surface has been preserved and embellished. This leather is little covered on the surface to let all its natural beauty shine through. Any small marks are all proof of authenticity. Contact with water/rain may cause fine bubbles to appear which will subside over time. To enjoy your bag for as long as possible, we advise you to waterproof it once a year (you do not have to do this upon receipt) and moisturize it with a colorless leather milk cream that you will find at your cobbler. It is always recommended to have your products treated by leather professionals in order to avoid problems related to maintenance.

Mirror leather
Calf leather with mirror effect.
This type of leather requires very little maintenance. Indeed, this leather no longer having the pores (grain) of a standard leather, shoe polish, or any other cleaning product, will not be able to penetrate the leather. A simple soft, slightly damp cloth will suffice to properly maintain your product. In the event of a stain, use a damp cloth and gently rub the affected area. Do not waterproof.

Brush the velvet parts before first use with a soft brush (to remove dust from sanding) and waterproof with a universal spray. This operation should be repeated regularly. Warning: your dark clothes whose dye would have been badly fixed, could bleed on your accessory. Protect from heat sources. Pay attention to the friction of your accessory on abrasive surfaces. Avoid prolonged contact with water, humidity reinforces the migration of colors on clothes. Avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight or artificial light may cause color to fade. Leather acquires a patina over time, it is a living and natural material. The delicacy with which you will maintain your accessory will allow you to keep it for a long time.

The Grained Nubuck
Grained Nubuck Leather is a type of leather that has undergone a specific finishing process to achieve a soft and velvety surface with a fine and uniform grain. Unlike smooth full-grain leather, grained nubuck leather is made from the top layer of the hide, but its surface has been lightly sanded to remove the natural grain, creating a softer and velvety texture. The result is leather that resembles suede to some extent but is more resistant and durable. To preserve your grained nubuck leather handbag, it's essential to avoid prolonged exposure to water or oily substances. We recommend refraining from using it in rainy conditions. However, this leather can be cleaned with a clean cloth and a soft brush. It is also possible to waterproof it with a spray designed for nubuck leather. We recommend entrusting these tasks to leather professionals. -
Grey Canvas
The fabric used for this model is suitable for the requirements of leather goods. Avoid rubbing the material to prevent damage to the surface and protect it from moisture, light, liquids, and greasy substances. In case of a stain, clean gently with a soft cloth, avoiding leather parts. -
Black Velvet Leather
This Velvet Leather is a high-quality material that requires special attention to maintain its beauty. This material is known for its soft and silky texture, giving it a unique elegance. To ensure the longevity of your suede calf bag, we recommend the following : Avoid any contact with water and greasy substances. In case of accidental contact with water or liquids, gently blot with a clean cloth to absorb excess liquid, then allow it to air dry at room temperature. Use a soft crepe brush to maintain the soft texture of calf suede. Brush gently in the natural direction of the nap to remove dirt and dust. This will restore the shine to your bag. You can protect your velvet leather by using a spray specifically designed for suede leather. Follow the product instructions and apply it evenly across the entire surface of the bag. Make sure to do this in a well-ventilated area.
