Availability of products and delivery times

The available products offered on LEOETViolette are considered to be in stock. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

If the visible product is not available at the time of your visit, you can be informed by email of its availability by indicating your address in the reserved field.

We reserve the right to limit the number of orders per account for the same product.

Unless you want a replacement solution for an equivalent product, your unavailable order can be canceled on simple request from you and you will be reimbursed if your bank account has been debited.


Shipping costs vary according to the weight and destination of the package according to the DHL scales. Return costs in France are always free.

For express delivery, LEOETViolette© offers the delivery option by courier in the Paris region only.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which must be located in one of the countries that can be delivered.

Delivery is subject to the following conditions:

  • we deliver Monday to Friday;
  • we will try to deliver your package at least two (2) times to the delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no one has signed for your package receipt;
  • you are responsible for the package once delivery has been made;
  • you must inspect the products within a reasonable time of receipt and you are required to accept the product, unless you notify us within fourteen (14) days of receipt that the products are refused.
Delivery times are given for information only.

As part of a delivery made by the Post Office, if the package arrives open and/or damaged, we invite you to refuse it.

If you decide to accept the goods, you must register detailed handwritten reservations on the anomaly observed and complete an anomaly statement as required by the regulations of the Post Office.

This form must be sent to us so that we can open an investigation and initiate compensation proceedings, if necessary.

If you refuse the goods, in addition to the handwritten reservations, you must ask the carrier to send the package back to us, accompanied by a statement of which we encourage you to keep a duplicate.

In the context of a delivery made by other carriers, whether or not you accept the delivery, for any open and/or damaged package, you must issue detailed handwritten reservations which you will notify on the deliverer's slip and which you notify by mail, as well as the carrier, within three (3) working days of delivery.

Payment method

Payments are made by credit card or via Paypal.

Payments are made through the secure Stripe system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network. .

The buyer's account will be debited after validation of the order at the price of the products ordered.

At the request of the buyer, he will be sent an invoice showing the VAT.

Return of products

Products purchased online at LEOETViolette©.com, unused and in their original packaging, may be returned for reimbursement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties.

For any personalized product (initials placed on the bag, modification of an element of the product...) after the validation of the customer, LEOETViolette© does not accept any return or exchange.

This period expired, you no longer have this right of withdrawal. When this period expires on a weekend, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In order to ensure the proper management of returns, we invite you to notify our customer service beforehand by email.

The procedure for returning products is as follows:

  1. retrieve your order or invoice number;
  2. provided with this number, contact our customer service by email at;
  3. The products must be in their original box, pack them, clearly identify the return package with the Return Number by affixing it to the outside of the package;
  4. Print the Colissimo ticket that we provide and drop off the package at the post office closest to you.
    We cannot accept "COD" deliveries (- Collect on delivery -), i.e. deliveries paid for by the recipient upon receipt).

  5. Returns will be refunded to the same payment method you used once they reach our distribution center.

In accordance with articles L217-4 to L217-11 of the Consumer Code imposes obligations on the seller: that of delivering goods in accordance with the contract and responding to any lack of conformity existing during the delivery of the goods. These articles of law thus impose a guarantee of conformity on the seller. The conformity guarantee is free. It is a legal and non-contractual obligation. The duration of the legal guarantee of conformity is therefore two years. This period begins from the date of possession of the property.

You are therefore invited to keep the proof of your returns. Otherwise, if you do not attach your supporting documents, you will be reimbursed at the basic postal rate for the delivery of a package.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.

In accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code, the seller is also bound by the guarantee against hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid less for it, if he had known them.

The consumer must provide proof of a hidden defect, prior to the sale and preventing the use of the product.

The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.

Similarly, LEOETViolette © can not be held responsible for the return of a competing product and / or not sold on the Site by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to return the correct item.


For sales within the EEC, the prices appearing in the catalog are prices including VAT in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services. Any request related to the tax refund and/or intra-community VAT must be made after invoicing of the product(s) referring thereto.

For all purchases made in store: if you live outside the European Union and overseas territories, the product purchased is exported outside of France, the invoice is sent to your residential address and you wish to benefit from a tax refund, you can a request for an export sales slip from our services. The calculated price mentioned on the invoice will be inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The goods that can be zero-rated will be those that you have purchased for your personal retail needs of a tourist nature and whose export you justify. You must request your export sales slip from our services, by telephone or by post.

Following the study of these supporting documents, an export sales slip with an identifying barcode will then be published by our services and will be delivered to you in person in our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any purchase for any reason.
